If an exchange is made for any reason, a $60 pickup or delivery charge and a minimum 25% restocking fee may be assessed to each exchanged item. In order to approve an exchange a fully-crated product with original box and packing materials, manuals and accessories is required. All special order items require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. All accessories are nonrefundable. For further assistance on exchanges, please contact your sales associate.
Cancelling your order
If you cancel your order before your product(s) ship, you will not incur charges. If you wish to cancel your order after your product(s) have been shipped you will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee as well as all applicable shipping costs, including the return shipping charge. Special Order Items cannot be cancelled.
Freight Delivery: If your order is delivered via freight shipping.
1. You will get a phone call 24 hours in advance on when the delivery will occur.
2. Freight delivery is a curbside delivery, no in-home delivery or set-up.
3. No haul-away of old appliances. This is your responsibility.
4. You MUST open and inspect all items before signing off with the shipping carrier, if not we are not responsible for any damage. If a damage is spotted, please do the following:
5. If you reject shipment for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for the freight cost to not only ship the item to you, but to return it to our warehouse, plus a 25% restocking fee.
Container / packaging damage
If the container or product package shows evidence of damage, note it specifically on the delivery receipt and have the carrier agent acknowledge by signing.
At Treviño Appliance, your total satisfaction is our top priority. Your purchase is backed by a 72 hour exchange guarantee* all appliances include a warranty; new appliances have a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty, refurbished and scratch & dent carry a 5 year warranty with Treviño Appliance (90 Day parts and labor, 5 year labor. Does Treviño Appliance offer returns?
No, at the moment we do not offer returns. You may take advantage of our 72 hour exchange policy, some restrictions may apply.
Do I need my receipt?
Yes, a receipt is needed for proof of purchase, if you do not have your receipt you might be charged up to 25% restocking fee.
Is my delivery refundable?
Delivery fees are not refundable because the service has been provided, if you cancel before delivery you can get refunded.
Is my warranty refundable/transferable to another product?
Warranties sold to specific products can not be transferred or refunded.
